This short video is an experiment in puppeteering. I love photoshoots because that's when the dolls come alive in my hands and I wanted to try to capture that feeling for you. Hope you enjoy it.
The doll is Inamorata Kintsugi, One-of-a-kind (OOAK) art doll inspired by Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold - a metaphor for human trauma, healing over time, and how that trauma can shape us into something stronger and more beautiful.
